Good news for local vegetarians. David Metcalfe, who formerly ran The Green House in Tring has opened a new venture - a Vegetarian Cafe and Cookshop called Cafe Anusia. The shop opened last month and as well as being vegetarian, is also predominantly organic with no microwaves!!!! - a rare thing in the food industry. As we are short of vegetarian food in the local area, I would say its definitely worth a visit!!
